1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not be a sale, discounted, or custom item (these are non-returnable).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

- Share clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping charges.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer free size exchanges for eligible products (customer pays return shipping; we ship the new item free).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must proceed with a return after delivery.
